The Capela de São João Nepomuceno is a private chapel at Lombo dos Leais (Folhadal), in the parish of Porto da Cruz. It was built by João Nepomuceno de Freitas Leal and remained in the Freitas Leal family. The notes disagree on its founding date (1770 or 1776) and on the date of the curacy it served (1797 or 1800).
