A vanished chapel in Santa Maria Maior, Funchal, built on an entail founded by Pedro Lopes de Vasconcelos in 1675.
A note in ‘Longing for the Homeland’ (Saudades da Terra) states that this chapel, in the parish (freguesia) of Santa Maria Maior (‘St Mary Major’), had been built on the entailed estate (morgadio) instituted by Pedro Lopes de Vasconcelos in 1675. It no longer exists, and we do not know where it stood.
