Arrebentão is a peak of 1,171 metres in the parish of Monte, together with the nearby locality of the same name, which is crossed by the road to the Poiso shelter houses. Water from Arrebentão was bought to supply the buildings of the sanatorium company. The name also appears as the upper limit of Rodrigo Enes's land grant near the Paul da Serra.
