Our Lady of the Valley (chapel)

A chapel at Vale Formoso, Santa Luzia, founded and endowed by António Vogado in 1726.
In 1726 António Vogado founded a chapel in the locality (sítio) of Vale Formoso (‘beautiful valley’), in the parish (freguesia) of Santa Luzia (‘St Lucy’). He dedicated it to Nossa Senhora do Vale and endowed it by a public deed of 4 June of that year.
