List of Madeirans who served as Portuguese government ministers after the 1820 revolution.

Since the revolution of 1820, the following Madeirans have served as ministers of state:

João Francisco de Oliveira, António Aluísio Jérvis de Atouguia (Viscount (visconde) of Jérvis de Atouguia), João de Oliveira (Count of Tojal), José Ferreira Pestana, Luís da Câmara Leme, Jaime Moniz, José Vicente Barbosa du Bocage, Aires de Ornelas e Vasconcelos, António Aurélio da Costa Ferreira, António Pereira Reis, Alfredo Rodrigues Gaspar, João Catanho de Meneses, Pedro Góis Pita, Américo Olavo Correia de Azevedo, Manuel Gregório Pestana Júnior and Daniel Rodrigues de Sousa. Chronology
  • The Portuguese Liberal Revolution broke out in Porto on 24 August 1820, an event later commemorated on the medal of the Constitutional Monument in Funchal.
