An inhabited locality (sítio) in the parish (freguesia) of Arco da Calheta (‘arc of Calheta’). There was once a chapel there dedicated to Nossa Senhora da Boa Hora (Our Lady of the Good Hour), of which only a few ruins remain; its founders and the year it was built are unknown.
