Sargo Veado (Sargus cervinus)

A fish from the Sparidae family that is caught with a net, sieve, line, or rod. It has a seafood flavor due to feeding on mollusks, which it crushes with its strong dentition. The fishermen of Câmara de Lobos usually call it sargo breado.
