Red Mullet (Mullus surmuletus) / Salmonete (Mullus surmuletus)

A fish of the Mullidae family that is not rare in the Madeiran seas and is also known by the name of roller red mullet. It is caught in traps from the coast to 60 fathoms deep, being considered one of the finest fish in Madeira.
