The Levadas do Rabaçal are the old and new levadas of the Rabaçal on Madeira. Construction began in 1835, and they are fed largely by springs at the source of the Ribeira da Janela. Their flows were measured in 1911 and 1943.

2Chronology

  1. The public works department measured the flows and lengths of the state levadas for the first time in many years; the Rabaçal levadas were measured at 65 and 86 l/s.
