Fura-Vasos

A fish of the Percidae family, which frequents the waters of the archipelago's coast in the summer. It is rare, almost always caught in seine nets. It has a delicate flavor and a bright crimson color. It is also called alfonsim do rolo, and was formerly known as alfaraz and realista.
