Funchal-born surgeon (b. 1887), trained in Lisbon, practising in Monforte and known as an ear and throat specialist.
He was born in Funchal on 3 August 1887 and qualified in medicine and surgery at the Lisbon Medical School. He practises in Monforte, in the Alentejo, and is well known both in Portugal and in Madeira as a specialist in diseases of the throat and ears.
