The Calheta stream rises at the Cabeço da Levadinha (Lombo do Salão) and receives the Cutileiro and Convento brooks.
It rises at the Cabeço da Levadinha (‘knoll of the little levada’), or Cabeço do Lombo do Salão (‘hall ridge’), and its tributaries are the brooks of Cutileiro and Convento.
