A stream rising in Fajã da Ovelha and reaching the sea in Paul do Mar, where a small landing called Porto das Galinhas lies at its mouth.
This watercourse rises in the parish (freguesia) of Fajã da Ovelha (‘the ewe’s flat’) and reaches the sea on the coast of the parish of Paul do Mar (‘marsh by the sea’), where there is a small landing place at its mouth called Porto das Galinhas (‘hens’ harbour’).
