Catalan physician (1850–1884), born in Vich and trained in Barcelona, who wrote a catalogue of the flora of Tenerife with notes on Madeira and neighbouring islands. According to the Elucidário, he wrongly supposed Genista maderensis to be identical with the Canarian gacia.
