Cezimbra (Marquês de)

He was appointed civil governor by decree on September 9, 1868, and took office on the following October 18. He left the government in September 1869. He was the son of the 1st Duke of Palmela and the father-in-law of the Madeiran, the councilor Aires de Ornelas.
