Búzia (Mediterranean mora) / Búzia (Mora mediterranea)

A gadid fish often caught in the sea of Madeira, using a hook and line. Except for the black scabbardfish, it is the finest species, and is caught at the greatest depth. Also called, although improperly, high cod, and sometimes white sea bass.
