Blackmouth (Sebastes dactylopterus) / Boca Negra (Sebastes dactylopterus)

A fish with a pleasant flavor from the Triglidae family, caught in rocky bottoms from about 80 to 250 fathoms. It is sedentary, and its name comes from the fact that the inside of its mouth is covered with a very dark membrane. The gear used to catch it are the 'briqueira' and the 'gorazeira'.
