Bignonia

Several species of the genera Begonia and Tecoma are known by this name in Madeira, including Tecoma australis and T. Jasminoides from Australia; T. radicans from North America; T. Capensis from the Cape of Good Hope; Bignonia Venusta and B. Chamberlaynii from Brazil; B. Charere from Guyana; and B. Lindley from Buenos Aires. All these species are used to cover walls, belvederes, etc.
