Barrow (John)

This well-known English traveler and orientalist visited Madeira in 1792, and published a description of his visit to this island in the work titled 'Voyage to Cochin China'. There is a translation of this description published in issues 290 to 292 and 297 to 298 of the Heraldo da Madeira.
