Vila

A populated place in the parish of Porto do Moniz, which is improperly called Vila, but it is the seat of the municipality of the same name, where the Municipal Hall, other municipal offices, the Parish Church, etc., are located. It was never elevated to the category of a town. (See Porto do Moniz).
