Teixeira (João Maneio)

He was born on this island on May 25, 1839. In 1866, he completed the course of physician-surgeon at the Medical School of Porto, and defended the thesis Das pseudarthroses resultantes de fracturas não consolidadas, e do seu tratamento, which was published in a pamphlet in the same year.
