Silva (Vasco Crispiniano da)

He is a major in infantry and was born in Funchal on May 3, 1880. He was appointed civil governor of this district by decree of April 29, 1920, and resigned at his request by decree of October 1 of the same year. He represented this archipelago in parliament as a senator, being elected on January 29, 1922. He has numerous national and foreign decorations.
