Serra e Moura (Tomás Nunes de)

He was appointed civil governor of Madeira by decree of December 29, 1883, and took office on January 9, 1884.

As an effective peer of the realm, he represented this archipelago in parliament during the legislative session from 1887 to 1889.

He died in Lisbon on March 26, 1917, being a retired judge of the Supreme Court of Justice.
