Thyme (Thymus vulgaris) / Segurelha (Thymus vulgaris)

A small woody Labiate, widely cultivated in Madeiran gardens. Its branches, adorned with small aromatic leaves, are widely used as seasoning in kitchens. It is also called 'cheiros'.
