Santos (D. Fr. Miguel dos)

According to the information provided by Henrique Henriques de Noronha in his accredited 'Memórias Seculares e Eclesiásticas' (See 1-389), the religious Fr. Miguel dos Santos, a native of this island and son of Diogo Colaço de Abreu and D. Maria Chamorra, was the bishop of S. Tomé de Meliapor, without indicating other circumstances that would allow for a more complete identification of this prelate.
