Saldanha da Gama (D. Manuel)

D. Manuel Saldanha da Gama Melo e Torres was appointed Civil Governor of Madeira by decree on June 12, 1890, taking office on the 25th of the same month and year.

By decree on April 6, 1893, he was appointed Civil Governor of this district for the second time, taking office on the 23rd of the same month and year.
