Sacred Heart of Jesus (Chapel of) / Sagrado Coração de Jesus (Capela do)

In the area of Cardais, in the parish of Água de Pena, Canon Henrique Modesto de Bettencourt had a chapel dedicated to the Sacred Heart of Jesus built in 1907, on land he owned there.

A chapel of this invocation was also founded a few years ago in the parish of Monte by Father Jorge de Faria e Castro.
