Rosa (José de Sousa)

He was the military commander of Madeira when, by decree of August 3, 1917, he was appointed Civil Governor of the district, taking office on the 7th of the month and year mentioned. He served until September 28 of that year. At the end of June 1918, he ceased to be the military commander of the archipelago.
