Requeme (Sebastes Kuhlii)

A gurnard fish that is caught at a depth ranging from 100 to 250 fathoms. In Câmara de Lobos, it is known by the name 'chapado', and in Porto Santo, by the name 'vermelho'. It is not a rare species and lives in rocky areas. Its flesh has a pleasant taste.
