Renton (Dr.)

Dr. An English physician who resided in Madeira for many years and published a work on the advantages of the island's climate in the treatment of pulmonary diseases in the Edinburgh Medical and Surgical Journal (1827). He made various meteorological observations in Funchal, in collaboration with Dr. Heineken, from 1826 to 1831.
