Pintarroxo (Acanthias cannabina)

A bird of the Fringilidae family that lives in the Madeira archipelago. It forms large flocks during the winter, and its laying consists of 4 to 6 eggs of a slightly bluish white, with reddish spots. Its nests are made of dry roots and lined on the inside with animal hair and fur.
