Penela (Jacinto do Carmo Sá)

He is a finance officer of the navy, currently holding the rank of captain of the navy, and was born in Funchal on December 7, 1856. He is a corresponding member of the Society of Geography of Lisbon and before enlisting in the navy, he worked in the finance department of the Funchal district. Works: The Fire of the Naval School (Annals of the Naval Military Club, 1916) and Chronological Notice about the Academy of the Naval Guards and the Naval School (1921).
