Peixe-Rei (Coris giofredi)

A fish of the Labridae family, which lives near the coast and feeds on small mollusks, crustaceans, and other shellfish. The flavor is pleasant, although the flesh is a bit soft, which characterizes all species of the same family. It is caught with a rod, a net, or a trap.
