Peixe-Rato (Alopecias vulpes)

It belongs to the Mitsukurinidae family and is one of the largest wandering sharks that occasionally appear in the seas of the archipelago. It can reach 5 meters in length and is generally caught in midwater, far from the coast. It is said to be harmless to humans.
