A location in the Faial mountain range, where the former silvicultural regent Julio Carlos Etur established a small nursery of indigenous forest essences. The Funchal City Council leased the land designated for the nursery for 6,000 réis annually, but it did not yield results, due to the transfer of the aforementioned silvicultural regent to the mainland.
