Oliveira (João Nepomuceno de)

He was born in Funchal in 1783 and died in 1846, being the son of the Madeiran writer Francisco Manuel de Oliveira. He published a small book of verses and the Portuguese version of two novels translated from the French language, as informed by the 'Arquivo Histórico da Madeira'.
