Neto

This family surname comes from João Rodrigues Neto, who lived on a street that was opened for the Corpus Christi procession and from his surname the street became known as Rua dos Netos. He had a land grant in S. Martinho and was the son of Rodrigo Alvaro Neto, a nobleman from Salamanca.
