Menezesia

A genus of Protomyces (Fungi) dedicated by the distinguished French mycologist Rev. C. Torrend to one of the authors of this Elucidário, and which currently includes only a single species - Menezesia setulosa - found in September 1913 in the parish of Monte, on the decomposing branches of Hedera Helix. It was published on page 175 of vol. XI of Broteria (botanical section).
