Squid (Luligo Vulgaris) / Lula (Luligo Vulgaris)

Cephalopod mollusk caught near the coast, in trawl nets and in the 'torneira', a device introduced in the archipelago about 15 years ago.

The term 'lulas' is also used for other cephalopods, one of which is luminous.
