Luis Miranda (Caminho de)

This road, between the parish church of Santo António and Ribeira, was named after January 19, 1896, until October 27, 1910. The commendador Luís de Bettencourt Miranda was born in Funchal on December 16, 1856, and died here on July 17, 1921, having been an official for over 30 years and later secretary of the Council, positions in which he rendered excellent services to the Municipality.
