Largo da Fonte

In the area of Fonte, in the parish of Monte, is the so-called Largo da Fonte, a place that has a covered fountain and a small image of Nossa Senhora do Monte. It is bordered by the Caminho de Ferro do Monte road, where there is a station of the same elevator, named Estação da Fonte. It is a very picturesque place and is frequented by people who visit the charming Monte resort, especially since the area was expanded a few years ago.
