Junta do Desembargo do Paço

The Junta do Desembargo do Paço was created in Madeira on September 10, 1811, and one of its tasks was to indicate the individuals from the governance who should serve as members of the Senate. By the provision that appointed the aldermen, the Municipal Chamber of Funchal paid the secretary of the Junta an emolument of 6$400 réis.
