Ground-Ivy (Sibthorpia peregrina) / Hera-Terrestre (Sibthorpia peregrina)

Scrophulariaceae-antirrhinoid with rooting stems; hairy, orbicular-reniform leaves; small, yellow or white corollas, with 5 to 8 divisions. It is very common in Madeira, where it is frequently used as an expectorant. In Seixal, this plant is called 'herva redonda'. The true ground-ivy (Glechoma hederacea) is a plant of the Labiatae family, which is not found in Madeira, not even cultivated.
