Henriques

This family name comes from D. João Henriques, the third son of D. Henrique Henriques, who was the retiree and chief hunter of D. Afonso V, D. João II, and D. Manuel. There are other Henriques who descend from Henrique Alemão, and Henriques de Noronha, who descend from D. João and D. Diogo Henriques, and from D. João and D. Garcia de Noronha, all sons of D. Garcia Henriques, from Seville.
