Funchalia

A genus of crustaceans dedicated by the late English naturalist, James Yate Johnson, to the city of Funchal, where he resided for many years. Funchalia Woodwardi is the only species recorded so far in the said genus, which was published in the Proceedings of the Zoological Society on November 28, 1867.
