Funchal (Agostinho de Sousa Coutinho, Marquis of) / Funchal (Agostinho de Sousa Coutinho, marquês do)

He is the son of the Count of Linhares and belongs to the family of the first count and first marquis of Funchal, whom we address in this Elucidário, having been born on March 3, 1866. He was the governor of this district from December 23, 1899, to June 25, 1900. He held the same position for a second time, to which he was appointed by decree of October 22, 1904, having taken office on December 10 of the same year.
