Fragoso (Joaquim Maria)

He is a native of the mainland and has been residing in this city for many years, where, as an official of the Ministry of Public Works, he has carried out various public service commissions, including that of director of the technical department of the General Board of the District. In issue no. 1 of volume X of the Bulletin of the Association of Public Works Conductors, he published a study on the roads of this island, titled 'Duas palavras sobre a viação da Ilha da Madeira,' which occupies 28 pages of the same magazine. (1921). He passed away on May 17, 1923.
