Feto Abrum (Dicksonia Culcita)

A very rare fern in Madeira, which is now only found in Montado dos Pessegueiros and in the Serra da Boa Ventura. Its rhizomes are covered with soft, ferruginous hairs that were used in other times to fill mattresses and pillows.
