Alecrim de Nossa Senhora (Eriocephalus sericeus)

Small shrub of the Compositae family, cultivated in Madeira. It is native to the Cape of Good Hope, and its branches, adorned with linear leaves, sometimes 3-cleft, are used for the preparation of aromatic baths.
