Curso de Desenho

There was a drawing course supported by the Municipal Council in Funchal, which was inaugurated on October 1, 1877, and abolished in a council session on September 1, 1892. The course was directed by the deceased José Maria Teixeira de Agrela, the director of the municipal works of the Concelho.
